*Thank you* for providing the podcast of these informative talks. And for providing a transcript. I especially appreciated the explanation of surveillance as NOT being a “passive” approach. And also the caution to women choosing prophylactic mastectomy to continue surveillance. I also appreciate you including the many questions and answers. I was diagnosed with DCIS in October and have had a lumpectomy and six weeks of radiation. I will likely be getting on Tamoxifen soon. Listening to this recording helped me feel more secure about my treatment choice.
