Chicken Divine

Quick and Easy recipe!

This is one of my family’s favorite recipes. It pleased all the kids in the house which is amazing because there where six of us. We all still love making it to this day as adults. It’s quick, easy, and delicious!

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees

Ingredients:
4 to 5 chicken breasts
1/2 cup miracle whip
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
8 oz. mild cheddar cheese
8 oz. seasoned stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
1 stick butter

Parboil chicken about 10 to 15 minutes. (or use already cooked chicken)

-add cream of chicken soup, miracle whip, and lemon juice to small bowl
-Mix together

-drain chicken
-cut into bite size pieces

place chicken on bottom of 9×13″ pan
-spread mixture over chicken

-shred cheese
-place on top of mixture

-spread stuffing on top of cheese
-cut butter into squares
-arrange over stuffing

bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Make sure you don’t burn the bread crumbs!

Voila!
