Berry Blast Protein Smoothie

This recipe is extremely fast, extremely simple, and extremely healthy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop protein powder
4 or 5 fresh/frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
Ice

The only preparation you might need to do is slice your strawberries so they blend a little easier.

Then, add all of your ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.
