		<description>I sooo agree.  &quot;If only...&quot; comments burn into ones psyche, and play like a broken record over and over.  Invariably they make us feel incomplete.  And yet...&quot;if only&quot; thoughts come easily in our culture where we are constantly bombarded with images of things to possess, and ways of appearing successful and happy.  It&#039;s a struggle to stay real and stay centred, but it&#039;s a struggle well worth fighting.  I think reflections like this come easily to us survivors.  When you lose so much... you begin to learn what really matters.
